Project Manager Retail & Interior 100%

Your mission

Your primary responsibility is to lead the implementation of retail and interior projects from planning to completion with the following tasks:

• ‍Project management You define the project goals and scope (including budget, deadlines, tendering, etc.), ensure clear project planning and manage all necessary resources and external service providers.‍
• Quality control You ensure that the project execution meets the highest quality standards, adheres to cost and schedule constraints, and that our customer's expectations are exceeded.

• ‍Customer care You define the customer's needs and service scope and accompany them until project completion. ‍
• Stakeholdermanagement You are the first contact person for all parties involved and ensure a regular exchange of information at all levels.‍
• Creation and implementation You actively contribute to your projects, take on the coordination of construction plans, create project documentation, and implement innovative solutions.

What you bring

• Completed education as an architect, interior designer, construction draftsman or equivalent
• Several years of experience in comparable positions
• Experience in construction management and construction drawing
• Creativity and a passion for brand experiences and interior design
• Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented, hands-on mentality
• Proficiency in German, knowledge of English and French is advantageous 
• Driving license category B
