POSITION

Key Responsibilities

Your mission

Your primary responsibility is to lead the implementation of retail and interior projects from planning to completion with the following tasks:

  • Project management You create relevant project documents such as budget, schedule, tender documents and construction cost estimates, ensure clear project planning and manage all necessary resources and stakeholders. You will clarify technical issues, coordinate building permit procedures, keep an eye on costs and carry out post-calculations.
  • Quality control You ensure that the project execution meets the highest quality standards, adheres to cost and schedule constraints, and that our customer's expectations are exceeded.
  • Customer care You continuously define the customer's needs and service scope and accompany them beyond the completion of a project. You will also develop and maintain customer tools such as benchmark lists or lessons-learnt documentation to promote the efficiency and transparency of projects.
  • Stakeholdermanagement You are the first contact person for all parties involved and ensure a regular exchange of information at all levels.
  • Creation and implementation You actively contribute to your projects, draw construction plans and visualise, coordinate the trades (interior fit-out and building technology), create project documentation and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Completed education as an architect, engineer, carpenter, draughtsman or equivalent
  • Proven experience in construction management and construction drawing
  • Experience in the evaluation of construction costs in the field of shop fitting/workplace design
  • Creativity and a passion for brand experiences and project management
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, hands-on mentality
  • Proficiency in German, knowledge of English and French is advantageous 
  • Driving license category B
